since joining Nutmeg in 2008 Douglas aka Doug,came to the organisation with one mission in mind to help raise awareness of Air cadets amongst young people. As a Cadet Sergeant Doug spend a lot of his time training and recruiting young people to become cadets. Doug give the young Nutmegeers something new and different exposing them to opportunities that they my have not known about
