Rui has been involved with Nutmeg since its inception in 2008 and he takes on a number of responsiblities, most notably leading on the “Aspire” life skills programmes. Rui is passionate about engaging young people in personal development and strongly believes that every young person has the potential to enhance their leadership skills. Outside Nutmeg, Rui works part-time as a Youth Advisor and is a freelance Youth Leadership Trainer. He previously graduated in Business Management (Accountancy) from Brunel University and has worked in an Accountancy firm.
